Its crescent shape, lit up at night, earned it the nickname "Queen's Necklace." The stretch forms part of the Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai, inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2018. It remains one of the city's most popular spots for evening walks, street food and sea breezes.
